DWI No Refusal Weekends Are a Staple of July 4th Holidays. This is extremely ironic that these DWI Task Force Initiatives occur on a day that Texans are celebrating their freedom. Essentially the police are strapping down citizens and taking their blood for failing to "cooperate" with the police "investigation". Stand Up. Refuse the Breath Test.
